<p>Good morning rockers and here we go with your first dose of metal this week with today's playlist compiled for us by Captain Freak-Out Nicholas Prom and he's given us some brilliant tracks for today's show. Coming up we have King diamond, Trash, Turbo, Helloween, Ozzy, Manilla Road, Benediction and many more.</p> <p>I am currently in the process of rewriting my books and man it's taking forever to finish, but it's so worth the effort.
