Evil and Eerie Podcast: Season 2: Episode 9: The Chicago Tylenol Murders

The United States was taken by storm in the mid 1980's as a string of bizarre deaths occurred in connection to Tylenol. A handful of individuals, all within a few days, ingested Tylenol, citing routine headaches and nausea, and died within a couple of hours of doing so. Following investigation, it was determined that cyanide had been found during their respective autopsies. What makes this case evil and eerie is that it's never been solved.
