I know what it’s like to be beaten down, even if it’s with words.</p><p>I know what it’s like to be the victim of people tearing you down because they’re jealous or insecure.</p><p>I know what it’s like to not be put into a secure, nurturing, loving environment - whether that be at the homestead or in the professional world.</p><p>When it comes to leadership, where in the world can we look to for good leaders or how to be a good leader ourselves?</p><p>Here’s what I think the solution is to that and how we can have good leadership, what and who we should be turning to for authentic leadership.</p><p>Also: What did you learn from 2020 that may help in this regard? </p><p>Here’s an introduction to the next guests that will be featured on the podcast in this NBA Series. This time, we’re going from the court to the coach’s seat on the bench, as I talked to NBA head coaches around the league. They’re each the leaders of the 32 NBA teams, marching them to battle from game-to-game practice-to-practice. You can have a good coach or a bad coach (a good manager or a bad manager) and it’ll make a world of a difference your experience playing on that team (or company). So, here’s what these coaches learned from 2020 as we continue the conversation on social justice and what was talked about last year. Because it’s #morethanatrend.
