Even Barney Frank Thinks Signature Was Shut Down to Send an Anti-Crypto Message

<p dir="ltr">On Sunday, as government authorities announced that Silicon Valley Bank depositors would be protected, they added that the New York Department of Financial Services would be shuttering Signature Bank.
