Ethel Chadwick from Bagels and Blessings

<p>I decided for my first interview to invite Ethel Chadwick to the show. I've been a fan of her radio show turned podcast for a long time. She's a pro at what she does, and I figured that if I started by interviewing people who interview others, then I could ask for them to record as a backup. I'm glad she did because my system failed the day of our interview. I'm so honored she said yes to our conversation.
