Eps.34: Evaluating your 2018 annual business performance

Whatever the size of the business that you own, you must be able to assess it at anytime to know how the business is doing , identify the drivers of your performance (whether good or bad) and plan for the next business cycle. Most business owners choose to follow the natural progression of the Gregorian calendar and do their business evaluation in December while others choose other months of the year as long as it follows a twelve month cycle.
