EPL: You won’t play again – Arteta ready to terminate Arsenal player’s contract

<p>Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has told Nicolas Pepe that he will not play under him again.</p>, <p>The UK Mirror reports that club chiefs are trying to agree a pay-off with the Ivorian.</p>, <p>The 28-year-old joined Arsenal from Lille in a £72 million deal four years ago, becoming their record signing.</p>, <p>Pepe has scored 27 goals in 112 games for the Gunners but has since fallen down Arteta’s pecking order and spent last season on loan at Nice.</p>, <p>So far, Pepe has failed to find a new team this summer and has less than 12 months left on his current deal.</p>, <p>He will not be able to complete a move until January, unless his contract is terminated.</p>, <p>A move to the Saudi Pro League before their transfer window closes on Friday seems unlikely, although Turkish teams can sign players until September 15.</p>
