This section of scripture presents a new hope both for the creation and for the believer in the Lord Jesus. The Holy Spirit is very prominent in these verses. There are three things that are written that the Holy Spirit does for the believer. The Holy Spirits leads, He speaks, and He assures. As one reads this passage, we see that one of the ministries of the Holy Spirit is to give assurance to the person who has placed their faith in Jesus Christ.
