We discussed some thoughts on our first <a href="https://thescottandsiewproject.org/2021/02/07/effective-altruism/">blogpost on Effective Altruism</a>. Siew recommended an excellent resource on poverty at the site <a href="- https://povertyunlocked.wordpress.com/about/">Poverty Unlocked</a>. Siew and I committed to give some money to the <a href="https://www.givewell.org/maximum-impact-fund">Give Well Maximum Impact Fund</a>. We discuss the need to do this work on a flywheel, a concept <a href="https://www.jimcollins.com/concepts/the-flywheel.html">Jim Collins</a> talks about.
