<p>When our kiddos are small, they love us and want to follow us everywhere we go....so annoying. As they grow, that desire starts to fade and our adorable little shadows start to take on a life of their own. It's important to stay connected to our kids so they know we'll always be there for them, and us as parents know they're in a good place. We don't have to be best friends with them, but maybe a one on one date occasionally. How do you stay connected with your kids? How can parents maintain a connection with their offspring?
