Dr Kevin Smith, a senior lecturer in education at Cardiff University, who worked with pioneer schools in the early stages of development for CfW.&nbsp;</p> <p>2. James McEnaney, a former secondary school teacher and author of the book ‘Class Rules – the truth about Scottish schools’.&nbsp;</p> <p>3. Jamie Tennant, head of Hawarden Village Church School, which started its work towards CfW by empowering its teachers to make effective decisions for themselves, with a particular focus on pedagogy.&nbsp;</p> <p>4.
