This week let's talk about how important it is to make your health inspector as your team. <br /><br />We could not have opened our new store front in a week if it wasn't for our health inspector and how amazing she was, we could not have pulled it off. <br /><br />She was great about answering questions and helping us get it right the first time. <br /><br />We want to help remove the "scary" around health inspectors.
