Have you ever been on a team where the leader had a better relationship with some team members than others? Have you ever considered why you lack confidence in certain team members? Whether right or wrong, do you allow your distrust of them or the belief that they are unreliable to influence your interactions with them? Do you withhold opportunities that could help them grow and succeed, even subconsciously?
