Sixty-one percent &#8212; a majority &#8212; of Americans support the legalization of abortion. Yet in last week&#8217;s Supreme Court decision, five out of nine judges voted to overturn the prior decision that federally protected abortion as a right. As we&#8217;ve seen from the extremely contentious appointments of Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and more, everyday people don&#8217;t even have a direct say in who gets to be on the court, much less in the life-changing opinions that the court hands down.<br/><br/><em>Roe v.
