Episode 70 - Cooking with Kids

<p>Do you allow your kids in the kitchen and help with the creation of meals? Or maybe you're like me and the thought of them crushing...I mean cracking...an egg makes you super anxious. At some point our kids will have to learn to make food for themselves, and we have to hand over the reins and teach them how to do this...mess or no mess. For this episode, Elvina and I helped our kids in the kitchen as they made their own meals....with mixed results. What have you had your kids make?
