<p>In this episode, Sheila describes how to make your own sourdough starter.&nbsp;</p> <p>The recipe is the following:</p> <p>Initial mix day one: 1 cup of slightly warm water (approximately 75 degrees).</p> <p>½ cup of whole wheat flour. Place in a mason jar on the counter. Day 2, remove about a 1/3 of</p> <p>the starter and add replace with 1 cup of white bread flour and ½ cup of water.
