<p>So we thought we got a little political last week, and that we'd go back to normal (as normal as our show ever gets). Then the next seven days happened.</p> <p>Needless to say, we spend the first 43 minutes or so of the show doing our usual show-opening nonsense before getting more into the new developments surrounding the George Floyd case and the demonstrations and conflict surrounding it. We pull no punches and give our honest thoughts. <strong>[NOTE: this was recorded before Derek Chauvin's charges were upgraded and the other three officers were arrested.]</strong></p> <p>After that, we get into more of a traditional MMD episode by exploring the 1991 murders of Joel Larson and former Minnesota State Senator John Chenoweth.
