Jessica's previous interview has been one of the most downloaded interviews on this podcast!</p> <p>Jessica is a licensed professional counselor who works at <a href="https://hopecenteredcounselingllc.com/">Hope Centered Counseling,</a> LLC, in Savoy, Illinois. Jessica graduated from Lincoln Christian University in 2018 and specializes in complex trauma. Jessica enjoys giving her energy and time in counseling to a smaller caseload of individuals in order to provide a deeper therapeutic experience from an attachment lens and often includes emotion focused, expressive arts, experiential and psychodrama therapy.</p> <p>This is a second career for Jessica, as she first worked in resource development for three local non profit organizations including a food bank, children’s home and a crisis nursery.
