Episode 56: Running 121km for Suicide Prevention with Brayden Gingrich

<p>This week Brayden Gingrich and I dove deep into our 121km run that we did to advocate suicide prevention. From the second Brayden picked me up at the airport I knew it was going to be a life changing week and indeed it was.</p> <p>The running allowed us both to discover and grow internally, but the week in its entirety allowed us to see the wisdom that we each carried. We built a connection and constantly fed off of each others perspective on life.
