Grace Koons is entering her 3rd year at Indiana Westlyan University this fall as an Elementary Education major. She shares about how her dad's illness sent her into a spiral of depression and other mental health issues. Through a long journey with depression, panic attacks, and anxiety she finally got the help she needed.
