On Episode 5 Dr. Stephanie has a real conversation that turns into  a mini coaching session by Adia Callahan as they discuss how to establish an exercise routine during quarantine. Adia, the founder and owner of "See Me Wellness" has a goal of empowering and motivating Black women to incorporate movement into their life. Dr. Stephanie who continues to work as a physician and taking care of COVID patients is struggling with her exercise goals. Adia is very real about the challenges and recommends mental wellness first and then physical wellness. She helps Dr. Stephanie figure out her why just like she does with all of her clients. As a Pilates instructor Adia thought she was living her dream until Dr. Stephanie challenged her to write out her perfect day and she realized that she was hiding and not living out her purpose. The authentic sharing between these two women is heart warming and inspiring.
