Episode 5: Hearing Solutions- Introduction to Audiology

<p>For Episode 5 of Over the Counter with Betsy Luo and Simranjeet Singh, we had the pleasure of interviewing Andreas Seelisch of Hearing Solutions. The field of audiology is a complex and multi-faceted arena of research due to the complex and wide-ranging bodily systems, medical conditions, and treatment avenues within it. Hearing Solutions is a leader in the delivery of audiology-related medical assessments and treatments within Canada. In our interview with Mr. Seelisch, we had the pleasure of exploring the complexities of audiology and the work done by Hearing Solutions. The discussions centred upon the topic of audiology as a whole, the history of the field, how medical assessments are done and how treatments are assigned, as well as a worthwhile discussion for how to achieve occupational success for those with a keen interest in the field.</p>
