Episode 43: Setting intentions for everything!

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You see it all the time on my IG stories..INTENTION CANDLES ARE MY GO TO! Before embarking on a new journey, project, launch, vacation, etc I set my intentions by lighting up an intention candle!</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">However, just recently I have been getting the download to set intentions for EVERYTHING. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Yes girl...when I wake up, shower, go on a walk, drink my water, eat my meal, wash my car.. everything! And let me tell you, they are GAME CHANGERS.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Setting intentions allows for you to set the tone for the energy in which you wish to approach something with.
