This is not our typical episode of Prepare to Win. What started as a pre-podcast conversation became a full-fledge episode. We originally wanted to have a brief discussion about the Culture of Overhyped Winning that is seen on Instagram currently (emphasis on “brief”). We originally hit record in order to do a mic-check for the episode, and the next thing we knew we were 20 minutes deep into a conversation about the current state of social media delusions, building teams within your business, and finding ways to authentically promote yourself and your business. At a certain point towards the beginning, you can hear us make the decision to have this conversation be the actual episode.
