Carol Cooke competed in both the 2012 & 2016 Paralympics as a Cyclist winning 3 GOLD Medals in the Time Trial and Road Race. Caz is also a 7 x World Champion but it is her incredible story of resilience that shines through as she walks us through her challenges managing MS whilst still competing as a top level elite athlete.
