For those of you new to what wholesaling in the real estate world is, its when a wholesaler contracts a home with a seller agreeing for the wholesaler to receive equitable rights once he or she finds a interested party to buy the property for a higher price. Basically the wholesaler sells the home to the buyer at a higher price than the seller and keeps the difference for profit.
