<p>Today we get a little more serious and talk about something we've all struggled with (and still struggle with), body image. We discuss our own body image concerns, where these stemmed from, and how kids today are impacted with body image issues differently than we were. We also have a special guest....Vanessa! Our friend Vanessa joins us to give us a perspective from a mom who has a girl as well as talking about her feelings about body image.
