Destined for either prison or death, Branden instead made the decisive decision to change his life and also his heart.<br/>  <br/> After creating Real Results Fitness, an award-winning chain of high-performance gyms in Las Vegas, becoming an internationally renowned performance coach, and receiving his Master&#39;s in positive psychology from UPenn, Branden walked away from it all.<br/>  <br/> From 2016-2020, Branden lived in Peru, Bali, Thailand, and India, where he dove deep into the study of yoga, indigenous plant medicine, Osteo-Thai massage, and Muay Thai kickboxing.</p> <p>Inspired by his travels, Branden became fiercely passionate about humanitarian work and giving back to the places that gave him so much. </p> <p>In 2016 he launched Warrior Retreats: An 16-day physical and spiritual rite of passage for leaders in Peru.
