There are a lot of commonly used terms during a normal home buying or selling transaction, but if you are not buying and selling homes regularly these are not necessarily things that you will remember, or understand. As a Realtor, making your clients feel comfortable with what is happening in a transaction is one of the key roles you will play, so knowing and explaining the lingo can be paramount to your success in the business.
