<p>In todays episode I discuss the why and how someone might need a refeed or a deload. At a time many will be dieting for a show/shoot there will be a lot of instagram about people consuming burgers and chips on their refeed day then looking better a few days later. This can often give people a false sense of what a refeed is there to do and a thought that they might need one (tip here: you don't).
