<p>Eventually you'll go out...without the kids...and you're mother/father/sister/cousin/BFF won't be available to watch the little ones. At some point you may have to hire that responsible, lovely, 13 year old down the street to come and babysit. Today we discuss our experience as babysitters in our younger years, and our experiences hiring babysitters now. What do you pay them, what questions (if any) should you ask before they come over, and the all important...what snacks do you leave?!
