I love the format, the medium … I love consuming podcasts. I love what podcasting can do for a business. What I don’t like … is the huge time suck it brought to my business. After years, I finally figured out a framework that takes what use to be 10-12 hours and reduced it to 1 hour. Now podcasting is fun! I’m now operating within my Zone of Genius: interviewing, growing my network, and pursuing clients and partnerships.
