Episode 22: NGA LGBT members talk intersectionality across communities

June is Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Month. At NGA, team members constantly intersect - comparing work notes across the team, relaying information across the agency and discussing what they did over the weekend. A successful workplace relies on multiple identities interconnecting positively and productively to ensure mission success. NGA is a community leader and advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
