He talks about his journey from a Supply troop, to a UDM, and eventually to his time as a Planner. Kenneth W Bracely II talks about his early interactions on the page and his intent on opening dialogue and networking amongst the family. Both he and Doug make great points on using these new communication mediums for bringing everyone together.
