Episode 20: Goodbye, Mr. Fish & Bugs

We start off Season 4 of Barney Miller with the departure of Detective Fish. It's an odd time for goodbyes and a strange two-part episode. We follow that up with the episode "Bugs" where we find that the 12th Precinct is riddled with listening devices.
