Episode 20 - Chat With Henriette Maguire

<p>Originally from Denmark Henriette has been in the fitness industry since 2004. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>At the start of her fitness journey it was all high impact and high tempo but now her passion is mostly mindfulness and yoga. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>She has two girls aged 7 and 8, so Heni finds that it’s vital to provide herself with space and calm - which yoga &nbsp;gives her. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>She started her own business yogawithhenriette in 2017 – where she provides studio based and online yoga.
