In this weeks episode we dive into the life of Dan and his battle with the devil after the sudden loss of his brother. We go over what we do to decompress after long days, stress relief when facing triggers and self care tips (we even battle our first technical difficulty!) As we celebrate Memorial Day we pay tribute to those who have served and those who gave their lives serving this country.
