Episode 2-Rachel Somers-Psychotherapy

I was delighted to be joined by Rachel Somers who speaks about her journey going into Psychotherapy and how it made her into the therapist she is today. <br /><br />Rachel spoke to me about how she first got into Psychotherapy and the reasons she wanted to help people, i was delighted to speak to her about different varieties of Mental Health. <br /><br />Rachel spoke about the first job she got working with drug addicts and alcoholic addicts and how it was an eye opener for her going into Psychotherapy. <br /><br />We discussed how addicts have made recoveries and feel good stories about how they've turned their lives around and how it gives her pride when she's seen those clients. <br /><br />Rachel spoke about how she got her own practise which was 10 Years ago called Somers Psychotherapy which has a team of different type of therapists, Rachel spoke candidly about when people make a call that she wants it to be the only phone call they need to make. <br /><br />This was one of the best episodes i've done :) <br /><br /><a href="https://www.somerspsychotherapy.ie/" rel="noopener">https://www.somerspsychotherapy.ie/</a>
