<p>This week we talked to our friend Dannie "DJ Sparks". Sparks is a Chicagoland native, currently residing in Houston, TX. He is one of the best graphic designers around, and is currently the social media manager for The 627 Food Truck Company. This Houston based food truck is "An immersion of quintessential Houston cuisine & culture".
