She discusses her journey from working in an Air Control Squadron, to serving as an ALS Instructor, to how she became a Planner. Bracely talks about AEF 101 training, which Planners taught during FTAC and NCO/SNCO PE training events on base. Bracely and Aria talk about how important PME is as the Air Force wants to develop its enlisted. Aria discusses the guidance which governs the inspectors she performs, along with the various types and what each cover.
