Episode 14: Jyoti Ma

<p>Episode 14: Jyoti Ma is a Siddha yogini and Shakta Tantra practitioner. Before she transited into her spiritual life, she worked as a professional psychotherapist, specializing in traumatic stress and addiction treatment.</p> <p>This intersection of her clinical and yogic experience led to her seeing and counseling seekers who had left groups/communities led by fake gurus/charismatic leaders. She’s consulted with and helped many who left such communities, including people who left 3HO over the past 20 years.</p> <p>She has an extensive background in treating complex trauma and specifically with group think dynamics. She has a wealth of knowledge to support our listeners in processing the complexity of our own wide range of experiences in the 3HO Kundalini Yoga Community.</p>
