Episode 137 - Father Noah Morey reflects on the Ascension of Jesus

<p>Father Noah Morey, Chaplain at Bishop Ireton High School and a priest in residence at the Basilica of Saint Mary, offers a reflection on the Ascension of Jesus during our Communal First Saturday for October. As part of our Communal First Saturdays, one of our priests will reflect on a Mystery of the Rosary on the first Saturday of every month at 8:00 am. This mediation was recorded on October 3, 2020. </p> <p><em>Founded in 1795, the Basilica of Saint Mary in Old Town Alexandria is the first Catholic parish established in Virginia. Pope Francis named the church a minor basilica on December 6, 2017 due to its important role in the growth of the Catholic Church in North America.</em></p> <p> </p>
