Using an integrated approach, Deidre often leverages current events and bioethical dilemmas to make student work relevant, meaningful, and timely. Deidre is particularly interested and experienced in closing the persistent opportunity gaps for students in STEM and in building cohorts of diverse, highly capable STEM professionals for the 21st century workforce.</span></p>
