Episode 112 - From Land Deals To House Repossession & Portfolio Building Within 12 Months

George was already involved in property development, which included brokering land deals and dealing with land assembly. George found that his business needed a cash flow strategy for further business growth.<br /> <br /> Within 12 months, George found his niche where:<br /> <br /> - He was finding REPOSSESSION properties all over the country at REAL Below Market Values,<br /> - Starting building a high-end HMO portfolio,<br /> - Now starting to build a Rent 2 Rent portfolio!<br /> <br /> With his repossession deals alone, George has made the best part of £50,000 and I can only imagine that this will increase within the next 12 months.
