Ivermectin has been a very contentious topic with whether is should or should not be used to treat COVID-19. Dr. Katie Trotta and I sit down to have a discussion about how we feel it should be used (hint we don't fully agree) and how it can be safely used. We also discuss a lot of the falsehoods around ivermectin and COVID-19, some of the studies, some of the groups that have advocated for the use of ivermectin and how pharmacists should handle these tough situations they are put in from online prescribers and patients who can be demanding.
