<p>In this episode of Crime Over Cocktails, I talk with my guest Troy Love.  At an early age Troy knew what domestic abuse was. His maternal mother decided to give him up for adoption to help protect him to only be placed with a foster family that would eventually be going through the same fate. While earning his degree as an LCSW specializing in psychotherapy, he learned that domestic abuse was not a normality. <br/><br/> Troy has molded a model of six attachment wounds: loss, neglect, rejection, abandonment, betrayal and abuse.  He now holds workshops and retreats focused on attachment issues and how we respond when we don&apos;t feel connected to ourselves, our loved ones and the world around us.
