Episode #1. On the Inaugural S.O.A.R podcast episode, Dr. Stephanie interviews one of her oldest friends, Dr. Laquita Blockson. They discuss how she grieved the loss of her job and title when she failed to get tenure, and had to leave academics for awhile.
