<p>After 50 years as Kathy L. Friedman, she now answers to “Katie.” She was named after her great grandmother, Catherine; though her grandchildren called her Cayma, her friends called Catie. Most of Katie’s career was in San Diego, California as a Dispensing Optician, Educator, Consultant and Public Speaker. She has worked for Ophthalmology, Optometry, and Opticianry practices.
