EP59 - Chief's Chat - David Kelly, MB CEO, on State of the Sector survey and the Constructive Forum

<p>As a part of the 2022 State of the Sector annual survey Master Builders spoke to nearly 700 sector participants – Master Builders and past Constructive attendees - and nearly 600 homeowners who had built or completed a significant renovation in the past three years. The survey revealed that while the challenges are great, there are also glimpse opportunities to build resilience in the sector. </p><p>  </p><p>In this episode, Ryan and David look into the survey's findings on mental health, critical issues that the industry is facing, sustainability in building and advocacy work like consenting. They also talk about the highlights from Constructive Forum, where builders, industry leaders, regulators, and other stakeholders talked about lessons from the past, alongside strategies for the present.
