As women, we have a tendency to lean more towards doing this for the people in our lives which can lead to burnout, feeling unappreciated, and regrets. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Anna Stewart</span> <span style= "font-weight: 400;">was a teen parent who struggled with her identity and confidence for years. She found herself people-pleasing so much that she completely lost who she was in an attempt to be accepted and useful to others. Eventually, she reached a breaking point and realized she was just existing and not living. Anna took a journey inward to discover who she was and chose to start living for her.
